can't reinstall home-brew

Here's what I tried, and the outcome. Just updated to Big Sur 11.1 and it completely destroyed my programming environment.

How can I install homebrew?

Nevermind. Resolved using this: sudo chown -R $(whoami):admin /usr/local/* && sudo chmod -R g+rwx /usr/local/*

then re-running bash brew install command.
