Shorter inscription ID Block-index

It would be nice to have a shorter identifier for a inscriptionId that is based on blockheight and TX index in the block.
I will call it block-index

It would also be great to make it work with existing routes so they can be used in current recursion.
Lets say a inscription has an id of abcdei0 and a block-index of 888888-25
We could then resolve in recursion either.
/content/abcdei0 or /content/888888-25
If we use 888888:25 might mess with routing?
This would save quite a few bytes on recursion with a shorter identifier.
