use DeepL translation for machine translate

i'm not too sure how the API pricing compares to google translate, but DeepL (deepl.com) has much better results for many languages, including German and Slovak. i find myself often correcting what google translate spit out, but deepL is a lot more on point most of the time.

i saw #462 but that is more related to automated translations, i am requesting an alternative translation provider (both cli and website)

Upvoted! Totally understand the need for Google first, since it has many more languages.

FWIW if I had more projects that needed translation, I would happily bring my own API key if it made a difference.
