I think if Intel team will add openvino_nvidia in PyPI like them did for openvino_arm it increase usage of openvino_nvidia
I suggest to pre-built package for all CUDA architechures, even old one for nvidia-440 driver

Currently setup.py in nvidia_plugin is broken, but after PR [NVIDIA] Update setup.py script it would be possible to pre-built it
