MQTT Announcements of SoC and charge time remaining

It would be nice (tm) if OVMS supported MQTT announcements of vehicle state of charge and charge time remaining.

One example usage would be attaching OVMS to the OpenEVSE which supports vehicle announcements to calculate remaining charge time, etc...

Both are standard metrics, so they are already announced via MQTT as well, if enabled.

MQTT isn't covered by the OVMS Server, which is meant to implement the OVMS specific "MP" (message protocol). You can use any MQTT hub with an OVMS V3 module, see web UI → Config → Server V3 (MQTT).

You can also run both server connections (V2 & V3) parallel.
