请问send_file接口是否不支持传入中文路径？ #84

在调用http://localhost:7600/wcf/send_file接口时，文件名为英文，能够发送成功，传入中文文件名时，接口返回200，文件并没有发送，请问是否只支持中文文件名？

理论上是支持的，看是否存在一些特殊字符
