v0.27.1版本的发送文件API接口有BUG #75

之前的老版本发送文件API接口一直是正常的，今天升级了[v0.27.1]新版本，微信客户端也重装了对应版本。
发送文件API接口的文件路径只要包含了中文就一概发不出去了，纯英文和数字的文件路径发送文件正常，http://localhost:7600/swagger/接口列表手动测试包含中文路径的文件也无法发送，之前用的老版本是正常的，请问这个问题大佬可以解决一下吗谢谢了

接受转账接口也用不了，我回退到v0.26.3了
