Adding toggles (for multi value features) should add to the audit log in the UI

This already happens when the toggles are updated.

Doesn't work for me. Add a domain feature > go to the feature view > add a toggle e.g. com > see that the audit log isn't updated.

Apologies. The create/update IS added to the audit log but the page doesn't show that until refreshed.
