create modular export

Please make openplayer modular,

for example i use hls only but code contain dash and flv codes.
or i will not use ads but 30K of min file contain Ads management.

if you can export each module separately it will be fantastic . for example:

openplayer.core.min.js
openplayer.hls.min.js
openplayer.dash.min.js
openplayer.ads.min.js
...
