I'd love to work on this! Are there any good pieces of copy around that you'd like to include in these pages? |
Awesome! I don't really have any copy yet, I keep debating order of operations so you could design with some placeholder/lorem ipsum text and/or take a crack at some copy your self? I can try and whip some up too if you prefer, maybe even a few versions? Dunno, I've been stuck on next steps for this for months so appreciate you stepping up! |
PS if you know any pantries in WI we should talk to feel free to refer/introduce me! Masbia has been dragging their feet a bit and need more orgs involved to stay viable |
I'll mock up a few different ideas I have this weekend. I know the other mockups have been done in invision. Is it a requirement that these are done there as well? I also have experience with HTML/CSS and Javascript so I could implement a few demos. |
Definitely no such requirement! We are en entirely pragmatic project at this point with basically no formal requirements at all, just an eagerness and appreciation for help and getting things done! Look forward to seeing what you come up with, and thanks! |
I created a pull request adding a basic landing page. |
@bglusman you might try reaching out to https://www.focushope.edu/foodjustice/ Other than having toured the operation in highschool I have no connection. |
Right now we have some mockups for internal UI that are not implemented, but no design around discovery and signup/participation for pantry operators or people looking for food. Some info pages and forms for enrolling/helping both types of visitors to get started would be great!
