Unable to reconfigure binding interface (from 0.0.0.0)

How do you change the binding interface ?

Per installation documentation has it for a new install but not how to change it:

Select an Address Binding from the following options:
Bind to all network interfaces — select this option if openEQUELLA is the only web server running on the machine.
Restrict to given hostname or IP address — select this option if openEQUELLA is sharing the machine with other web servers.
