[需求] 新增用户组管理
当前在cmdb新增标签时,需指定用户,如果资产较多加上运维及开发人员等角色人员较多,这里需要一一指定,实在是不合理.

尝试解决:
在用户管理新增了角色并关联了用户,以为用户管理与标签管理的用户的权限是打通的,经过测试是没有的.比如标签a授权用户是用户a,在用户管理配置权限和组件后,新增用户b到这个角色里,使用用户b登录后,发现并没有关联系到标签a, 此方法配置不能解决此问题;

故需要新增用户组概念,在标签管理授权用户指定用户组,用户组里加相对应的人员即可,这样不用每个用户一一授权.
