Abide the min/max length value in the OpenAPI specs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The OpenAPI specs allow to define a min/max length for the attribute of a object but the generated code is not adding any constraint.

Describe the solution you'd like
The generated code adds a validation about the min/max length of the attribute's value.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At the moment I'm adding manual checks on the code that uses the generated client's request but it's not scalable.
