This issue mentions pybeacondump but the link is dead: openaddresses/machine#580. These Beacon/qPublic applications are everywhere in the southeast.

Unfortuantely they updated their API (or lack thereof) and the scraper didn't work anymore. We'll need to investiage whether we can still scrape these but initial attempts a year or so ago when I first looked at it weren't promising.
