Compression GZ type not supported #6356

Hello,

I wanted to update fr/countrywide but files are not gunzipped ( https://adresse.data.gouv.fr/data/ban/adresses/2023-02-22/csv/adresses-france.csv.gz ) , zip compression doesn't do the job.
No other format is supported for compression.

would it be possible to have some other type of compression?
