Tab-autocompletion for wicked commands and options

Hello!

openSUSE Leap 42.2. wicked 0.6.39.

It'll be convenient, if wicked commands (see Example 1) and option (with -- prefix) have their autocompletion. Nowadays, ip and nmcli utilities both have their autocompletion on <Tab> button.

Example 1: wicked if<Tab> will list all command begin with if: ifup, ifdown, ifstatus and so on.

Example 2: wicked --dry-<Tab> will complete up to --dry-run an so on.
