add dashboarding capabilities

One of the common issues reported by appd customers is how much the dashboard editor with the controller doesnt meet their needs. It would be great if dashboarding for appdynamics was modernised to make it easier and more flexible to create dashboards. Maybe this is a feature that Rapport could develop to integrate with Google and Microsoft to provide better charting.
