We need to make write-ins available.

Hmm. This is going to be a fun one. This will involve adding a custom text field, (in fact, potentially, an arbitrary number of extra text fields) and I'll have to accept a lot more data to make this happen.

I am going to see if we can set a limit to the number of write ins.

It has been decided students only get 1 write in

The way I think I'm going to do this is:

Make candidate_id optional, and if a student puts a write-in in, that is suplemental text that they can provide for each position only. This way, the student only gets one write-in, and we can easily distinguish between regular ballots and write-ins.

Results will not display write-ins. At least for the first little while.
