Release a .net standard package #24

It would be great to have a .net standard package released.

PS: I will submit a PR for this, but I will need help testing it. It is my understanding that nuget pack does not work with .net standard.

Would be nice if appveyor could publish to nuget instead of me doing it manually. Any experience with that?

I am quite happy to tinker with it. I've done some configuration for Jenkins, Teamcity and I some other cloud CI/CD (i forgot the name of it). It should be pretty easy to do. Time is a factor though - not sure I can dedicate much time in one chunk
