It should be possible for users to use their yubikey as a way to authenticate against their encrypted stores.

We could use https://github.com/google/certtostore to support native cert stores. This would open up the use of all smart cards including TPM and Yubikeys.

@hornsbydm This library does look promising indeed! I must admit, I have zero experience/knowledge regarding how these keys work (I'm simply a dumb user). I'm gonna look into it 👍🏻 If you have any recommendations, articles, or pointers for me in the meantime, that'd be very welcome 🦕
