upload middleware - allow pass config files along with code #53

  1. allow pass just one js file as it works now

  2. simple option: a zip with js-file (e.g. middleware.js) and json-file - e.g. config.json

js files should be placed in the routes folder, json-files should be placed in a /configs sub-folder

  1. Complex option: have two folder inside zip - /configs, /middleware
