Beim Generator für eine Untätigkeitsklage wird standardmäßig das UIG zitiert auch wenn es sich die Anspruchsgrundlage durch ein einschlägiges Umweltinformationsgesetz auf Landesebene ergibt. Hier sollte, wenn ich das richtig sehe äquivalent zum Anfragetext das entsprechende Landesrecht referenziert werden.
