Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently to check a feed is live or not, can be verified by looking at the timer in the feed which is not that much noticeable by all users

Describe the solution you'd like

add go live button, which comes in if a feed is stuck or not in patient consultation page

As per the EOD, add the button in the bottom center
