Yes, it is. The spec for paseto token v1/v2 was complete. And there was nothing to do there. I plan to release a new major upgrade soon

If so, is it necessary to make a new release / tag, since there are new commits.

if it's still active then please update it so v2.1.1 can be referenced in go.mod currently only v1.0.0 can be used
