Nuxt Devtools module starter is using outdated version #426

With Nuxt Devtools getting updated daily, Is it a good idea to use the starter from Nuxt Devtools Playground, of course it needs some adjusments. thanks

@Atinux I though of something like:
we can have a starter directory inside nuxt/devtools/playgrounds and use that (and update it when the devtools itself got new releases)

or add an action to update the module-starter head whenever there is a new release ?
