I don't understand why one would need to install this module, as there is no documentation in the README (besides gaining some analytics with Vercel). Why do we need this module, and what does it do?

I agree some documentation would be super helpful, for example:

what is it doing?
how often is it sending the metrics?

I have the exact same question, would love to be enlightened about the purpose of this module.

* Add `log` provider to README.md

Getting to know that this module can only be used to preview those metrics in development environment can involve people to use this great module.

I also added a small note about what this module does (related to #34)

* chore: add warning about using log provider
