How to use defineI18nRoute with options API

Good morning, im currently upgrading from Nuxt2 to Nuxt3.. in this staging we are planning to keep the options API..

so in Nuxt2 i18n module we used to use this for ignore localized routes

<script>

export default {
  nuxtI18n: {
    locales: ["en", "ar"]
  }
}
</script

and the equivalent in Nuxt 3 is:

<script setup>
defineI18nRoute({
  locales: ["ar", "en"]
});
</script>

but i need it using the options API.. how can i do that?
