Credentials do not appear after ssh-key addition

When running the ssh key install and revoke actions... Tested with Firefox browser on Mac. Tested on kubernetes-deployed NulvaEdges.

• When adding and ssh key, they key is added no the target node, but the associated "credential/XYZ" is not reflected into the pull-down list.
• This can be seen when selecting "revoke" after a successful "add" ssh-key.
• The "credential/XXX" does not appear in the pull-down list.

This problem is not consistent... i.e. it has been observed to work perfectly in some cases. e.g. ssh-key "add" and then a "revoke" within seconds shows the "credential/XXX" immediately. In other cases it does not appear after some minutes or refreshing of the page. Tested with Firefox browser on Mac.
