Missing error message when Deployment logs fail (kubernetes)

When the fetching of logging output fails... the kubectl command run on the job-engine (lite) either fails with an erro coade or gives blank output... the progress wheel rotates forever. A user could be fooled into thinking that this is progressing whereas it it not. The UI could interpret the blank out after it times out and display a message such as:
