As a User, I can see app-centric resource consumption on Resource Consumption tab of edge device page

• Provide app-level view with cumulative resource consumption. Maintain the possibility to see the per-container consumption.
• Combine NE containers on docker-based edge devices

ATM, this is what we see for docker-based NE

and this is for k8s-based NE

The flat container-level presentation (especially for k8s-based deployments) lacks info regarding the aggregation of the containers into apps and hence cumulative resource consumption footprint per app. Also, it would be beneficial to combine the NE containers under a separate grouping.
