Working on a project that will be controlled by a BPOD, more specifically PyBpod, and wanted to know if it could be directly integrated with State Machines?

Hello @icullen87 !

I have no idea what a BPOD is. However, it appears to me PyBod plugins are capable of running arbitrary Python code. If they are, you can import the FlowController class as described in the Readme:
https://github.com/numat/alicat#python
