serve hot reload when changing wasm/rust/c code

I was asking myself if it is possible to start a server thanks to vite server that could watch wasm code changes, then run wasm-pack and hot reload itself ? Is it possible to do that, if so, how ?

Yeah, I had hoped this plugin did this. Without this feature, I don't have any use for this plugin.
