Fix the process that checks the validity of a requested nextclade dataset

Currently, the process is meant to perform a membership test on an array of supported nextclade datasets, but isn't doing so because of the pretty-printed table returned by nextclade dataset list. The process also needs an errorStrategy directive so that it doesn't crash the pipeline.
