nowa install build 报错

Please DO NOT run nowa install as root!
You can run "sudo chmod 777 npm root -g" to have write permission.

按照提示，已经修改了对应文件的权限，还是不行，一直在提示这个
$HOME npm root -g 两个文件夹都设置了777权限，依然是不能install

系统 : ubuntu 16.04 LTS
npm : v5.5.1
node: v8.9.3

如果这个工具不能修复的话，能不能用其他命令进行打包呢？
