Custom SMTP provider Not sending emails

Excuse me, i am new to this.

I have used Novu version 0.24 and deployed in my personal server.
I have created provider, using the Novu Web.
This provider uses my organization SMTP details.
My credentials are verified with the organization SMTP.

I have used a python script to test the SMTP and it works, i was able to get emails.
I use the same SMTP credentials to create the Provider using Novu web.

After i trigger Run a Test on the workflow i get "Template triggered successfully" message but i am not getting any email at my email id.
And there is also no data in the Activity Feed.

Can i get some help in making this work please.
