Discord Rich Presence!

What makes the feature necessary?
It would help share Notion Enhanced with more people -- effectively promoting the app to anyone who sees it. Takes inspiration from VSCode's Discord Rich Presence extension.

How would the feature work?
It would use Discord's Game SDK.
The examples shown are for C# and C/C++ -- no JS. However, I found an NPM package that may work but hasn't been updated in a few years.

I don't care for too many features in an initial release of the integration, but eventually, it'd be nice to opt-in to showing Discord the name of the current Notion page I'm on, its word count, etc.
