使用Web创建完机器人

打开拓展商店进行安装插件
会出现以下情况：
选择任意一个插件，进行安装，但界面没有显示以安装插件，但实际已经安装了

还有一种情况，选择任意插件进行安装但，界面显示了，但实际并没有安装
还有一种情况，使用Web创建nonebot实例，前提之前有一个手动安装的nonbot实例已经加载了

创建新的nonebot实例会残留上一个nonebot实例已安装的插件（随机残留不固定）
