  • all the TC members
  • non-tc administrators (i.e. rvagg)
  • all the working groups (website, streams) and significant projects (build system, if there's no working group for it) and the people involved
  • each person's purpose/role/status in the context of each WG/project as well as iojs as a whole
  • any leads of anything
  • who to contact to get involved with each working group or project
  • link to the main repository for each project/working group
  • link to a point of contact for each person, i.e. twitter

also, maybe add something about https://github.com/node-forward/mentors?

love it but a few concerns:

  • keeping it up to date
  • with every list we should have a simple and readable description of how to get involved with each project and the path to being in the WG/TC.

I'd +1 on an initial PR on this, though I share the concerns re: keeping things up to date. Anyways, we could spread word of the PR between WGs to make sure there aren't any gaps.

I'd also like really strong messaging that this is a pure community effort and include calls to action for people wanting to get involved so that the "us" feels inclusive to the reader rather than an "exclusive" list of the people "in charge."

Maybe one of the contributor sections could say "YOU" in big letters with as shout out as to all of the little and big things which help the project.

A big +1 to this if it can be up to date. Could also pull in commits or something like that to show recent activity of non-TC folks to create a positive feedback loop of getting commits landed 😄
