Disable Per Application [enhancement]

Description

A feature I'd like is to be able to create a blacklist of applications that Mac Mouse Fix's features does not change. For example, I love the smooth scroll but in Minecraft, and only Minecraft, it actually makes it difficult to scroll through my hotbar items with precision.

Rationale

Instead of turning it off every time I want to use a specific app, I'd love to be able to add apps to a list that Mac Mouse Fix will be disabled for.
