Reverse horizontal scolling [enhancement]

Description

I'd like to suggest adding a feature that would allow users to reverse the horizontal scrolling direction in the MX Master 3S settings.

Rationale

Currently, there is an inconsistency between vertical and horizontal scrolling directions - when I scroll up, the page moves up (as expected), but when I scroll left using the horizontal scroll wheel, the page moves right. This creates an unintuitive user experience.
