I want to add a new feature, a scroll-to-reveal feature, where the navbar becomes visible when scrolling upwards even from the midpoint of the website, and we will design its appearance. Just provide the code for this functionality. @harshal050 |

Description of the bug/issue
The text in the navbar is either hidden or not displaying properly, making it difficult to read.
This could be due to issues like text color matching the background or incorrect CSS styling. Let me know if you'd like help troubleshooting this!

Hover the cursor over "Home" or "Blog" in the navbar.
Notice that the text is not visible when hovering over these links.
