Errror while forking and cloning.

I have been getting a http error repeatedly while forking and cloning the forked repo using http.

The error specifically is this

error: RPC failed; curl 92 HTTP/2 stream 5 was not closed cleanly: CANCEL (err 8)
error: 4942 bytes of body are still expected
fetch-pack: unexpected disconnect while reading sideband packet
fatal: early EOF
fatal: fetch-pack: invalid index-pack output

Do i need extra permission access from any maintainers or anything? I have tried a lot of things. Nothing really is working out.
