Run nightwatch on an aws server farm.

Has any one run nightwatch on an aws server farm? We are having trouble getting this going. One issue is ip address range as oppose to static.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Also if want to run nightwatch on cloud, there are cloud providers which can do that for you

Can you share a bit more details about your setup? Do you mean the AWS Device Farm? Perhaps you can share some details about your nightwatch config.

So I am using nightwatch.conf.js that is like this

const CreateTestGridUrlCommand = require('@aws-sdk/client-device-farm').CreateTestGridUrlCommand
const projectArn = "arn:aws:devicefarm:us-west-ssssss"

const client = new DeviceFarmClient({
creditials:{
accessKey: 'KEY',
secretAccessKey: 'KEY'
},

region :"us-west-2"

})

const command = new CreateTestGridUrlCommand ({

projectArn,
expiresInSeconds: 60,

})

const gridUrl = client.send(command).then(response => response.gridUrl)
console.log (gridUrl)

and then I want to pass the gridUrl to the rest of the config.

I think the problem I am having is with the promise.
The consol.log says

console.log (gridUrl)

Any advice would be helpful!

From Nightwatch 2, you can also specify the config file to return a Promise and the test runner will wait for it to resolve.
