C# bindings

Hi,
I am trying to write C# bindings for libfreefare library, but I am getting stuck, since v0.4.0 is lacking functionnalities I may need in C#, and due to the interop things I have to handle.

Like stated in issue #46, the api can change. That is fine for now, but may I ask you to publish a new release please ? The v0.4.0 is missing too much features the current source has.
Also, this may close the other issue I have : #75.

I am using libfreefare with libnfc 1.7.1 on Raspbian.

This is a tricky problem.

We may end up needing to make a new branch for maintaining a 0.4.x train for compatibility sake, and having master be for 1.0.0 development.
