Unable to update to corrected version 30.0.3 #2020

I updated my installation to version 30.0.3, which was later withdrawn.
Now it is not possible to update to the corrected version 30.0.3 because the update fails with the error that the version is already installed.

I seem to have made a big mess.
Version 30.0.4RC1 was released today.
I'll wait for version 30.0.4.
