Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure more than one email account in the mail app
  2. Place the mail widget on the dashboard
  3. If the background mailsync job can reach ALL email accounts, the widget is working fine. Check it's working as expected.
  4. Block one of the email accounts or misconfigure it, so that the mailsync job can't connect to all of the email accounts -> the syncjob throws a related error (logfile) an no emails at all are displayed in the widget.

Expected behavior

I do not know which expected behaviour the developers had in mind, but from a users perspective, if 1 out of 5 email accounts can't be connected to but the remaing 4 are working, the widget should display the emails from the 4 working email accounts and maybe add a related error message, that one of the accounts couldn't be connected to.

Actual behavior

No emails at all are shown.
Also no error mesage is shown in the widget, meaning, it looks like there are no new messages. This is misleading.
