Feature request: ability to pin a bookmark

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I use to bookmark links I often use but never remember the URL. Even with tags it can be cumbersome to quickly retrieve those links when needed.

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to "pin" bookmarks, which makes them appear above other bookmarks, no matter the modification date (if several bookmarks are pinned then they are sorted according to the default sorting criteria).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using a "pinned" tag but that would require to go to this tag. Also it would not allow to have pinned bookmarks inside a tag view.
