This is a scancode's json output:
lic-rename.json.txt

This is the current generated ABOUT file:
LICENSE.ABOUT.txt

As seen there are fields that are in list value that are not handled correctly.
That's caused by the design inconsistance between scancode-toolkit and aboutcode-toolkit.

This need extra design effort.

This is related to #416, #423 and #430
