Provide flexibility in DHCP file generation #111

The servers/mkdhcp script should provide more flexibility such as sites may suit output to their particularities.

Ideas worth to look for:

generate each network in a separate file (patch from Julien Soula : http://www.freelists.org/post/netmagis/dhcp-sharednetwork,5)
templating the output for networks and hosts

pdav modified the milestones: v2.3, v2.4

I completed the patch with parameters in netmagis.conf ::

dhcpsubnetfiles : enable or disable the feature
dhcpsubnetfilepattern : pattern of the name of file by subnet

Here the patch against branch master (4adffbf) :

.... I'm unable to attach file !!! That says "Something went really wrong, and we can’t process that file. "
