MacOS executable

Since we couldn't find a way to flash ESP firmware on a Mac with an app, we created a MacOS app by following https://build-system.fman.io/pyqt5-tutorial and modifying the code a bit. Is this something you'd want to update the repository with ?

Unfortunately we didn't record what we did. The build that we did back then doesn't seem to run anymore on more recent MacOS versions like Ventura. It still runs on Catalina and can be found at https://icubex.com/download/ESPFlasherGUI.dmg. We're using DoayeeESP32DFU now instead.

What we can share though is the Python directory with the mods. Not sure how this was then used for PyInstaller.
